Contact Lens Returns

Return Policy

While we are not able to accept returns, we will, of course,  exchange defective products. If you require a prescription check and your prescription is different from the contact lenses you have ordered, we will also provide exchanges for any unopened boxes of contact lenses. You may either bring the contact lenses in our office or we will send you a shipping label to return them directly to the contact lens manufacturer.
